Arterial blood gas analysis at rest. PaO2 and AaDO2 were significantly different between groups (PaO2 F (3, 22) = 11.2, ω2p = 0.54 [0.25–1], adj. P < 0.001; and AaDO2; F (3, 22) = 17.3, ω2p = 0.65 [0.41–1], adj. P < 0.001). However, this was only attributable to the sEA group, differing from all others (adj. P ** = 0.001; *** < 0.001). PaCO2 was comparable between the groups (F (3, 22) = 0.265, ω2p = 0 [0–1], adj. P = 0.85).
