Overview of colostrum quality in terms of Brix%. In total, 1,045 samples originating from 72 farms in the federal state of Salzburg, Austria were included. On average 15 samples were collected per farm (min = 1, max = 54). The Brix% of the cows in the first (n = 276), second (n = 224), third (n = 176), fourth (n = 115), fifth (n = 88), sixth (n = 62) and > 6 lactations (n = 83) are shown
